Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
All items are shipped from our primary fulfillment warehouse located in China.
A tracking number will always be provided once the order is shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for refund to your original form of payment when postmarked within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unworn, unused, unwashed

Item must include original packaging and tags

A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
Returns postmarked after 15 days will not be accepted.
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping cost:

If the return is due to consumer reasons (size, preference, change of mind), the customer bears the return shipping cost

If due to our responsibility (damaged item, incorrect product), we cover the return shipping cost

Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation requests within the first 24 hours after purchase.
If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
