Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after payment and address verification. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping time

After dispatch, United States delivery generally takes 7–12 business days. International delivery generally takes 7–15 business days. Carrier delays, customs inspection, weather, and remote-area delivery can extend these estimates. Tracking is emailed when the parcel leaves our facility.

Rates and free-shipping threshold

Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout based on destination, parcel weight, and the available carrier service. No blanket free-shipping threshold is currently configured; any promotional threshold will be stated clearly at checkout or in an active NAP promotion.

Customs duties and taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges are not controlled by NAP and may be collected by the carrier or customs authority before delivery.

Delivery support

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact service@naploungewear.com with your order number. Please do not refuse a parcel without contacting us first.
